Refund policy
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned to us within 21 days of us receiving your order. If 21 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, we ask that you contact us by email as soon as possible at theflickerfactory@yahoo.com
Once you’ve received approval, you can return your item to us. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, which is damaged or has missing parts for any unknown reasons will not be refunded.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 working days, in the first instance please contact your bank. Some providers may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at theflickerfactory@yahoo.com
Please do not send your item back to us until you have received a response.

Shipping
When returning your product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the item is damaged or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £25 you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost in the post.
